Marinated Slime Mouts Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds coarsely chopped slimes

2 1/2 ounces fresh pineapple, sliced

1 orange, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking spray

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

1 teaspoon peppermint oil

Directions

Slice the lemon halves into 1 inch slices; remove seeds. Place slices on a platter. Seal all but 2 of the lemon halves. Remove ends of lime halves. In a medium bowl, stir together alcohol, lemon slices, pineapple, orange slices, bell pepper, red onion slices and peppermint extract. Pour mixture over lemon halves. Cover and refrigerate several hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place lime slices in a medium bowl, and gently squeeze juice from the thick end into the center of each lime half. Pour liquid over lime halves, and sprinkle liberally with peppermint oil. Use a spoon to shape the mout into a shape that resembles a jellyfish. Place on a large baking sheet and allow it to dry completely. Cut into small pieces.

Return lemon halves to plastic wrap and spray with cooking spray. Place slimes in a shallow dish or bowl, arranging on top of the peaches.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set. Cool and serve. Slice slimes and juice into thin slices.
