16 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 small green onions, seeded and sliced
5 whole cloves, sliced
5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Place eggs and lemon juice in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and stir into eggs and lemon juice mixture. Beat with whisk until hot. Let cool; refrigerate mixture.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan, and spread over bottom of prepared loaf pan. Place loaf in pan. Remove bread from pan. Cover cheese with a small amount of water in pan.
Bake in preheated oven until cheeses are bubbly, about 10 minutes in total. Cool on wire rack.
