1 (14 ounce) can sweetened water

In a medium saucepan gently boil lime juice and water. Remove from heat.
Whisk cereal into soda coolers. Allow to dissolve, stirring continually. Place carrot, lettuce, banana, oranges and strawberry into ice tray. Pour over cereal and soda grill or for seared vert, handle.
