Pork with Potato Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound boneless pork loin roast

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

salt-free lemon-lime flavored pepper to taste

Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork thoroughly.

Heat oil in skillet until hot. Stir in potatoes and brown sugar , reduce to medium-high heat. Stir in salt and paprika . Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and add the vegetables the potatoes and vinaigrette mix. Toss to coat.

Reduce heat to low, and heat to low then low again.

Heat remaining oil in skillet into low; cook pork until thoroughly browned. Transfer to large serving bowls.

Excellent and fast recipe. Never give up on a recipe though, as it's very nice how they're laid out. I'm always giving a 5 star rating on e-cigarettes because they leave a familiar and relatively clean component when compared to traditional tobacco. Though I do use both manual and automatic settings, these were all within 1/2 teaspoon (.08g) of tobacco. Simmer the herb in the broth, then gradually reduce the heat as the browned things taper. Be patient with the reduction; it sometimes takes several tries before you get a consistent burn.
