Ham Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

6 sausage links, cut into small pieces

6 thick slices ham

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

8 ounces ricotta cheese

Directions

Place the sausage in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat, and cook for 8 minutes on each side. Drain sausage, and set aside.

Place the ham in the pan, and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the ham from the pan, and set aside.

Cook the sausage and celery slices in a large skillet over medium heat until heated through. Temporarily stir in Worcestershire sauce.

Stir florentine into the skillet, and heat through. Transfer the sausage and celery mixture to a large platter.

Pour the ricotta cheese over the sausage mixture. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
