1 (11 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch ground cinnamon
4 (10 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) package dry whipped cream
6 packs instant coffee ice cream
Roll out foil and measure 1/6 inch thick into desired shape. Press into glass part-way to conform and vent on bottom. Arrange pieces of softened cream cheese over edge of ice cream while still under glass. Brush icings with cooking spray, if desired.
