1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk chocolate syrup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8x8 inch baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream cheese flavored gelatin, white sugar, orange flavored gelatin and whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of each pan comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
