4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup whipped cream
1/3 cup orange juice
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts in medium bowl. Stir egg mixture into milk mixture. Mix egg mixture into milk mixture, until blended. Chill mixture for at least 1 hour.
Beat cream in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Beat whipped cream in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Beat orange juice in medium bowl until thickened. Stir whipped cream into egg mixture until well blended. Dissolve gelatin in lemon juice.
Pour egg mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean. Cool completely, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
