2 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups butter
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime soda
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar, butter, egg yolks and lemon juice. Beat in lemon-lime soda. Stir in lemon pudding mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
