Strawberry Fudge Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

1 (3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix pudding mix and pudding mix. Stir in pudding mix and pudding mix. Beat in pudding mix and pudding mix. Spread evenly into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

The final dessert in my Complete Thanksgiving List was a "crunch"-inspired dessert. I had never used seasonings before, so I just used the strawberries and frosted some with white sugar. It turned out fantastic, just like the dessert idea! :) My daughter doesn't really care for whipped cream so she got us prescription fruit puffs. They were pale, and slipped easily into the bottom, but overall they were a hit. My husband loved them! He ate some right after Christmas, and are sitting here talking about how delicious they were... a true treat from my humble abode!
