1 (1 ounce) package instant ramen noodles
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 package instant chicken noodle rice mix
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Brown the noodles according to package directions, and drain.
In a medium bowl, mix the water, bouillon, sugar, soy sauce, instant noodles, chicken noodle rice mix, ground black pepper, and salt until well blended. Transfer into a second medium bowl, and stir in the tomato paste. Fold in the chicken, and mix until all ingredients are coated. Spoon mixture into a third medium bowl.
Fold the rice into the second medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
Break into pieces and serve for a few minutes before serving.
