1 large cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter
1 (30 ounce) can vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
To Prepare Banana Dough:
Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla gelatin, sour cream, sugar and pudding mix; pour into 4 muffin cups. Pour mixture over cream cheese mixture. Fold over top of filling. Fill muffins with pecans.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and cool on wire rack. Cool completely before turning out of pans. Cool completely before storing.
