I absolutely love this recipe! I find it so easy to make and saved so much time. I find it helps to have some sort of gel topping to bind the honey (I use my chocolate covered strawberries). I also use my gelatin capsule slurry. The honey is what you get when you sub in 1/2 cup of raisins. I used 300 raisins and had a little lemon. This turned out so good I used it on chicken, salmon, tofu, and bread. It's stable at room temperature and even comes out nice and sticky. It's great for coating meat and seafood.
These are really fattening. I used a can of chopped tomatoes with chopped tomatoes, a bought Meyer's Italian dressing and used balsamic for the vinegar part and olive oil for the oil part and drizzled over the top. They were super delish and i wanted to give them as a gift but couldn't find the time. im planning on making them again soon. Thanks for the recipe
