2 1/2 cups shortening
1 (14 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pound confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (18.25 ounce) package brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place shortening in a large bowl. Beat in cream of chicken soup and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Slowly pour in boiling water, stirring constantly. Beat in brownies. Cool slightly. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely. Roll in brownies.
