3 potatoes, cooked
1 small onion, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped peaches
Place potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag; drain. Mix in soy sauce, sugar, milk, peaches and bacon. Freeze 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Remove potatoes from bag, and peel and cut into large slices.
Spread 1/2 cup water, peaches and bacon in bottom of large resealable plastic bag. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Slowly cook potatoes for about 7 minutes, or until potato is golden. To cook, press a potato into water or sugar mixture.
