4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 C2 dry yeast
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup warm milk or water (100 degrees C/104 degrees F/38 degrees C)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 yellow onion, chopped (about 1 large onion cubes)
4 Tbsp warm water (120 espressos)
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup buttermilk
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic cycle and click Start.
