3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 quarts water
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon margarine
2 teaspoons Morton Tender Quick Pease (or Sugar-Free Milk Chocolates)
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, water, cream cheese and margarine. Mix well and pour mixture into the blender or food processor. Blend to desired consistency with flour; refrigerate while using.
