1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons vodka
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a saucepan, mix the milk, oil, sugar, water and eggs. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Mix the milk mixture with the vanilla extract into the croquette until well blended; pour batter into the bottom of the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the croquette comes out clean.
