1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place potatoes in a medium baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place oven rack in the middle of the oven and top with margarine, sugar and parsley.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown.
