1/2 cup dried pickles
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup salt
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 1/2 teaspoons lemon liqueur
In a large bowl, mix the pickles, sugar, vinegar, salt and apple cider vinegar. Chill until ready to use.
I made this recipe, but left out the mushrooms and replaced half the sour cream with cream cheese. Brought it to a work function and got compliments. Hubby really liked it, too.
