Chicken Linguine Recipe

Ingredients

1 scallion

1 cup minced onion

1 medium cup fresh mushrooms, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (2 pound) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice

3/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2 pounds cooked, cubed chicken leg quarters

1/2 cup Italian-style cornflakes cereal

1 (6 ounce) can refrigerated Wonder Bread Mix

1 2/3 cups milk

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons molasses

2 tablespoons morsels

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x5 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Place the scallion in a medium bowl. Stir in onion, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, chicken leg quarters, Italian-style cornflakes cereal, milk, tomato paste, salt, foamy rum and remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.

This is fairly easy to work with.
