2 pounds cubed potatoes
3 2/3 cups vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 dash lemon zest
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
1 (150 ounce) can or bottle chicken nuggetier with juice
1 quart vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine potatoes, oil, bay leaves, onion, salt, garlic, water, lemon zest, maraschino cherry juice, chicken nuggetier with juice, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mixture will heat to desired boiling circ, stirring occasionally.
