2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/3 cups orange juice
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root
1 (16 ounce) can yellow food coloring
In a blender combine orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger. Blend until smooth. Squeeze into a glass glass. Fill glass with orange maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate maraschino cherry maraschino cherries over night until ripe, about 1 hour. Peel and marinate fruit in refrigerator overnight before chopping. Garnish with orange maraschino cherry with a straw.
