1/4 teaspoon plain nonfat yogurt
1 large tomato, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium head cabbage, scrubbed
2 carrots, cut into 3 pieces
1 large cucumber
1 cup baked green beans
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium banana
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained
1 (3.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 scattering onion (optional)
2 chocolate spoons
In a blender or food processor, very slowly and slowly blend yogurt with diced tomatoes, diced onion, green bell pepper, mushroom, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, celery, banana and salmon.
I personaly like this recipe, but it can be made easily, and is pretty good for simple meals. Also, does not rise too quickly, meaning it is perfect for smaller groups.
