1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese mixture
1 (18 ounce) can honey
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
5 green onions, sliced
4 ounces crabmeat
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese spread
4 ounces prepared horseradish sauce
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese together until fluffy. Stir in crabmeat. Gradually blend in cream cheese. Remove crabmeat. Fold into cream cheese mixture while mixing. Chill for 30 minutes, or until set. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate.
Spread 1/4 cup of the crab mixture onto each green onion slice. Spread another 1/4 cup of crabmeat mixture over each green onion slice.
Beat 4 tablespoons butter or margarine into the prepared horseradish sauce. Drizzle over both broken green onion slices and crabmeat mixture. Serve with toothpicks or lettuce.
