2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless pork sausage, warmed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cups diced carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger beer
2 1/2 cups kielbasa sausage, furled
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat grill.
Stir mustard oil into water to make an emulsion. Blend Za'atar cheese in pan with enough olive oil to easily water down. Pour over pork sausage and onions. Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 hours, or until sausage is well browned.
