1 (10 ounce) package instant buttermilk biscuit mix
1 cup milk
2/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
4 ounces crabmeat, cut into bite size pieces
Microwave biscuits in microwave for one minute, or until brown. Drain, and cool to room temperature. Beat together milk, butter, margarine, sugar, lemon zest, crabmeat and seasoning packets in small bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Drop mixture onto top of dry biscuit mixture.
Fry in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, or until biscuits are crispy and oozing. Serve immediately.
