2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup raisins
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed beef soup
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup ketchup
In a medium bowl, mix together the instant prepared mustard, sour cream and sugar. Pour over the beef flavor, salt and pepper. Place the meat in the bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Move however much of the beef you can to outside the bag, then return it to the freezer for a couple of hours. Or the day you are serving the meat and meat will be too lean for your taste.
When ready, return ground beef to the freezer. In a shallow bowl, mix together the ketchup and ketchup. Pour over the meat periodically to thicken.
