Double Cream and Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

8 cups milk

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 egg yolk

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups chopped banana

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a medium saucepan, cream together the butter and milk; stir into the milk mixture until smooth. Beat in eggs and sugar and beat in pecans.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan, mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.

I thought this was pretty good,but for what it is not foolproof. As always with eggless recipes, refrigeration is key. and pills of homeopathic lemon juice are a must.
