1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
8 ounces fresh or frozen currants, thawed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated lemon zest
1 (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can diced pecans, divided
1 cup chopped pecans
In a small saucepan, mix green onion, lemon juice and pecans. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
