1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken, diced
1 (8 ounce) can diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
COOK cream cheese, baking powder, and paprika in microwave or in small bowl on high heat until smooth; do not drain. Stir in milk and chicken. Remove from microwave or medium heat. Add onion, celery, chicken broth, sour cream, cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese; stir to coat.
