Great recipe! Fast and Easy and leaves lots of room for creativity. I'm using it for my BBQ chicken breast Saulnini and it turned out delicious. Several benefits--smooth cooking, great taste, and was very easy to make. My friend gave it to me for Christmas and I will make it again--a hearty, satisfying, versatile side dish!! i may try using marinated chicken next time but that is not for me. :) give DONT PANIC
