Chicken Pot Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, chopped

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

2 1/2 cups water

1 (8 ounce) package cream of mushroom soup

1 cup cooked vegetables

1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and milk. Heat, stirring often, until all meat is added and mixture is well mixed. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

In a separate saucepan over medium-low heat, combine soup, cooked vegetables, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat, stirring occasionally, until medium-low, but do not boil. Stir in melted cheese and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring frequently. Chicken is toasty and the mixture should be smooth.
