This is really good. It was all right. I thought it was strange that the sushi restaurant wasn't giving us reviews yet, so I asked the clerk for the rating. It said 4.0, but with a few adjustments. I omitted the sashimi, just because I didn't have it. I omitted the radishes, because I didn't have them. I didn't measure anything, just assumed it would be a couple of cloves of garlic and missing it entirely. I would have thought it was about 1/2 cup of rice, but it was way way too small. It was still pretty thin, so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup. Will make this again!
