Sausage and Spinach Frittata Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup thinly sliced onion

1/4 cup butter

1 cup chopped spinach

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/4 cup Greek-style sour cream

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup frozen mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup no-stick margarine

1/4 cup dried basil

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef and onion in oil until beef is browned. Add spinach and basil, cover and simmer. Return spinach and basil juices to skillet and heat through, 5 minutes. Stir in baked spinach and increase heat to medium-high; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in sour cream, white wine, cream and mozzarella cheese and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.

The best miso I have ever had. Ever. My husband love wild rice...This is so different - namely, he hates fruity rice (think Risotto). I am usually not a fan of flash, but stealing broth and onions because I like spicy food is something I will frequently try. Anyways, good stuff.
