3 egg whites
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites. Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Continue to stir until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until well blended. Chill in refrigerator.
Dissolve sour cream in 1 cup cocoa powder. Fold into sour cream mixture; spread mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Chill in refrigerator. Cool completely. If desired, shape into a smaller dragon shape. Cut into 1 inch squares.
