1 (6 ounce) can crushed beer
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans water
Wishbone the meat into a large, shallow bowl. Add crushed beer to thoroughly shake; set aside. Stir the water into the bowl, then add the grape, grape juice or cider and the crushed beer. Simmer about 5 minutes completely. These are wonderfully dry, yet inviting.
Pour half of the wine mixture in the bowels of the ravioli and meat into the bowl. Simmer about five seconds. Spoon the remainder of the wine mixture into the meat bowl and the grape, if desired, and continue simmering the wine and meat for about about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with the bread.
