2 (1 ounce) packages dry corned beef mix
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cups diced yellow bell pepper
2 cups sliced green bell pepper
2 cups sliced red bell pepper
2 cups sliced black bell pepper
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, shredded
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Place corned beef in a large resealable plastic bag. Add onion soup mix, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, black pepper and cheese. Seal bag and shake to coat.
Place beef and broccoli mixture in the resealable plastic bag with the beef and chicken mixture; layer. Mix well and seal bag.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Pour or scoop the beef mixture over vegetables, stirring often. Sprinkle with onion squash. Drizzle with olive oil.
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture over the salad and toss with pepper marinated onion mixture. Top with shredded cheese, olives, salsa and sour cream.
Caused Box and Hostess: this was literally cause for concern. The texture was off. The taste was bad. Mechanically, it worked. I will make this time and time again.
