3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup golden syrup
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen lemon halves
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced cooked pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, and 7x5x2 inch paper.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the syrup, salt, flour, and baking powder. Stir in the leftover lemon halves, pecans and pineapple. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
