Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and 1 3/4 cup sugar. Beat in the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Pour into a
22 inch loaf pan. Cover pan with foil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is firm. Cool on wire rack. Let cool completely before slicing.
To make the Marmalade: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cake mix, orange marmalade, and the frozen marmalade. Heat to desired consistency. Garnish with whipped cream.
