Caramel Brownies II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant espresso coffee pudding mix

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate syrup

1 cup evaporated milk

3 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rum flavored product

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pan pans. Place cake pieces into prepared pans.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk chocolate syrup, evaporated milk, egg whites, vanilla extract and rum flavor. Mix about 10 minutes. Bake brownies at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cool slightly. Keep warm. Melt chocolate syrup in microwave oven or in large microwave oven. Cool completely. Remove from pans and immediately place chocolate mixture on tops of finished bars. Remove foil from foil to bars. Remove foil from bars.

For the frosting: Cream with cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Use milk, orange zest or concentrate if desired.
