Honey Chicken Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 whole Chicken Breasts, Delivered

24 teaspoons (16 oz.) That Fresh Oat Bran

1 Tablespoon Fresh Honey

1 tablespoon (10 ml) Butter, Refrigerated

2 whole Wheat Oat Bran

6 cups Broth, Low Sodium

Directions

Chop up one chicken, push off all of the grain, and flatten out all of the remaining ingredients in bowl.

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Transfer to a 9x13 pan if you do not have one.

Blend and pour into pan.

Blend, and pour into remaining chicken breasts.

Repeat.

Pour all remaining ingredients into pan.

Broil and stir until chicken is cooked to desired doneness.

(If you want to add a little more butter to the sauce, add 3 Tablespoons (10 ml) at a time and stir until melted.

Cheese, then butter, then cheese.

Repeat.
