12 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound beef stew meat or beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried oregano
10 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
2 whole cloves dried parsley
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
2 cups lightly salted water
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Pour in vinegar, cover, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in onion and garlic. Yello into skillet and saute; pour over potatoes. Stir in meat and vinegar mixture, and cook another minute. Adjust seasoning and seasonings to taste. Spoon over potatoes; sprinkle with apples. Top with cheese.
