2 quarts water
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
14 mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken wings, cut into thin strips
1 onion, sliced in rings
3 ounces packed shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dressing
1 1/4 cups water
2 x eggs, beaten
1 c./2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 x celery, sliced (optional)
1 x carrots, sliced
3 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 x salt, to taste
1 x pepper
Mix all ingredients and simmer in saucepan, stirring, until thickened.
In a small bowl dissolve the cheese in the remaining 1/4 cup water.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon into 3 8x8 inch bowls and top each bowl with a small amount of chicken strips.
Place the chicken strips in each bowl and top with cheese, sausage, onion and celery.
Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup water over the chicken and mix well to coat.
Top each serving with 1/2 c. shredded cheese, 1/2 c. sliced shredded cheese, 1/2 c. sliced celery, carrots, chili powder, salt, pepper, and pepper.
Can be served warm with lots of flour tortillas and sour cream.
