1 2/3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 Tbs Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Toast Bread Crumbs (optional)
12 whole Eggs
1/4 cup Stock
1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Sparkling Cider Vinegar
2 cups White Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cups Wheat Flour
1/4 cups White Sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
(F)ire the oven to 350.
Saute the Egg and some of the Toasting in olive oil until the egg loosens the yolk and begins to thicken.
Add the flour and 1 Tbs baking powder.
Unfold the dough and spread it onto the greased cookie sheet, and spread the toasted crumb mixture over the dough.
Sprinkled with additional toasted crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting into 4 pieces.
