1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces pineapple sherbet
1 1/2 fluid ounces rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
1 1/2 fluid ounces vanilla liqueur
2 fluid ounces brandy
1 1/2 fluid ounces cream ice
7 fluid ounces cranberry juice
In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple fruit juice with sherbet, rum and grenadine. Stir vigorously until thickened. Pour into glasses and serve in large pitchers.
While serving, pour in vanilla liqueur and brandy. Shake vigorously until blended.
While serving, slowly spoon cream into a small saucepan and stir in creamed corn. Pour into glasses and drizzle with glazed lemon slices. Garnish with pineapple slices.
