2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound fresh green tomatoes, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cloves crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 dash salt
1 (8 ounce) bag Italian-style salad dressing
In a small saucepan, heat oil and saute tomatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper and oregano in olive oil for 10 minutes. Stir in basil, rosemary and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in salad dressing and toss gently. Stirring constantly, will coat.
