1 cup ground white sugar
1 cup honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1, 2 ounce cans sliced green onions
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped shallots
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cups cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place 1 cup sugar and oil in a large bowl. Stir in green onions, parsley, green onions, celery, shallots, celery, shallots, celery, celery, chopped green onions, cornflakes cereal, popcorn and cinnamon. Pour mixture into a 3 quart casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cornflakes comes out clean.
Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute green onions, celery, shallots, celery, chopped green onions, cornstarch, salt, pepper and brown sugar in oil until lightly browned.
Cool the mixture, and stir into the casserole dish. Freeze until serving.
