5 cauliflower florets - peeled, seeded, and chopped
4 teaspoons paprika or to taste
4 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons allspice or to taste
2 tablespoons worcestershire paste
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place cauliflower in a large bowl. Cover and microwave 20 minutes. Drain.
Stir paprika, garlic powder and garlic powder into bowl in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat; fry four florets until golden and crisp. Reduce heat to low and add chile pepper. Fry until soft-cooked. Remove from skillet; allow to cool. Reserve 1 teaspoon of cauliflower "spice" for topping.
To serve, layer with egg yolks, avocado, tomatoes, anchovies and shrimp. Top with 4 th and 3 tablespoons cheese sauce. Cover and chill 8 hours at room temperature.
