1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup uncooked white rice (optional)
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons salted water
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 wine/beverage flavored lighter fluid (optional)
Heat vegetable oil and saute cabbage for 5 minutes. Combine rice, oil, egg, soy sauce and water. Cook for another minute, until thick.
